Return & Refund Policy

- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, re-sellable, unused in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Return Authorization: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customer will incur a 15% restocking and handling fee. Products that are not in new and re-sellable condition are subject to additional
fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise.
