Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This indicates that your order has been received and your credit card pre-authorized for the purchase. We will begin processing your order immediately, with all orders processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times typically range from 5-7 business days.

Order Shipment

You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at sales@castleandcabana.com.

Shipping Options

We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Curb-side Pickup: Free of charge (orders over $99). Exceptions apply.
  • Threshold Shipping: Delivery to your porch or a sheltered area like a garage.
  • White Glove Delivery: Delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of packaging. Note: Saunas will not be assembled.

For inquiries about our Threshold Shipping and White Glove Delivery options and fees, please contact us directly. While most of our products include shipping costs, some bulky items like saunas, sauna heaters, steam generators, including their accessories, ice baths and other specialty products may incur additional freight charges. Please refer to the specific product or collection pages for detailed shipping and delivery information. We recommend you read the FAQ section under the relevant collections (i.e. Saunas & Heater Systems and Steam Generator Systems collection pages under the Shop by Category menu). Our shipping services are available within the USA and Canada, with certain products being exclusive to each country.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on the destination and other factors. If an item is shipped and then canceled or refused, a restocking/shipping fee will apply.

Address Adjustments

If an adjustment to the shipping address is required after item leaves warehouse, a $175.00 fee will apply. This fee covers the cost charged to Castle & Cabana and the administrative time needed to execute the adjustment with the freight carrier. Exceptions apply.

LTL Shipments

Large items (e.g., ranges, refrigerators) will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload). The carrier will schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be available to sign for the shipment. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries or if the shipment is refused. All LTL shipments are curbside delivery at no cost with the exception of select brands (i.e. Cosmo Appliances etc) and product types (saunas, steam generators, parts and accessories). An adult (18+) must be present to accept the delivery. 

Damaged Packages

  • If the packaging is visibly damaged: Take clear photos, refuse the package, and note the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading.
  • If the packaging appears undamaged: Inspect the package immediately. Report any damages to sales@castleandcabana.com within 24 hours, including photos and video. Must note 'Upon Final Inspection for Concealed Damage' on the Bill of Lading whether you suspect or not sure of any damages to not release the shipping company of any liability as all the products are thoroughly inspected at the warehouse before handed over to the shipping company for delivery. Failure to report within prescribed timeframe and comply with set instructions will result in denial of the claim. 

Keep all packaging and manuals for any potential returns or exchanges. Before authorizing a return for damaged goods, a warranty claim must be filed, and the item must be available for inspection.

Limitation of Liability Disclaimer

Castle & Cabana is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will provide support in addressing issues related to damaged shipments or defective products. However, we are not legally responsible for any damages caused by third parties, including shipping carriers or manufacturers. Customers are encouraged to inspect their items upon delivery and report any issues immediately as per instructions. For manufacturer-related defects, warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer. We will assist customers in filing claims with the shipping company and/or filing claims under the warranty but are not legally liable for the damages and defects.

Shipping Zones

Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states. It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Friday Harbor, Orcas Island, or other U.S. islands. International shipping, excluding to Canada, is not available. We do not honor returns for shipments outside our normal shipping range.

International Shipping and Warranty Voidance

Shipping products outside the United States or transporting them internationally after initial domestic shipment will void the warranty. Our warranty is designed for products used within the USA and where applicable within Canada. For questions, please contact our customer support team.
