If you find a lower price on an identical item at a local or online retail competitor (including shipping and delivery fees), we will match their price. Simply provide us with the competitor’s current ad, a printout, photo, smartphone display, or app showing the lower price.
Exclusions: Our price match policy does not apply to certain brands, installation labor, and items that are closeout, discontinued, clearance, refurbished, used, or damaged. Price matches are limited to reasonable quantities and cannot be combined with other discounts.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, please contact a sales associate via phone, email, or chat. Provide details about the item and the price you want to match, and we will verify the information before completing the price match.

Proof of Price for Price Match Requests
When requesting a price match, please present the competitor's advertisement. This can be a printed ad, a photo/photocopy of the ad, or a digital version. For online prices, provide a link to the competitor's webpage showing the price. A sales associate will verify the match.
Shipping and Delivery Fees
Price matches will include any shipping and delivery fees. For example, if a competitor offers an item for $100 with $10 shipping, the match price will be $110.
Stock Availability
The competitor's item must be in stock at the time of the price match request.
Quantity Limits
Price matches are limited to reasonable quantities. For large quantity purchases, please contact a sales associate to discuss potential volume discounts.
Exclusions and Non-Qualifying Prices
Our price match policy does not cover:
- Installation labor
- Clearance, closeout, and discontinued items
- Refurbished, used, or damaged items
- Competitor’s rebate offers, sales tax promotions, senior discounts, buy-one-get-one-free sales, or advertising/pricing errors

Certain brands prohibit discounting of any kind. These brands include, but are not limited to:
