Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Brondell product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Here's what you need to know about our return policy:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, re-sellable, unused in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Return Authorization: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
