3. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number immediately so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
4. Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping will take 5-7 business days.
5. International Shipping: Shipping fees for orders being sent outside of the 48 contiguous United States and Canada are calculated on a case-by-case basis and are shown during the checkout process. Please note that additional fees and customs duties may apply.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your LeisureCraft product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Here's what you need to know about our return policy:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, re-sellable, unused in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Approved at sole discretion of LeisureCraft. Please read LeisureCraft's Shipping & Return Policy carefully before you place order.
2. Return Authorization: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping: Customer will incur a 20% restocking and shipping & handling fees. Products that are not in new and re-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise.
