This 9-kilowatt commercial steam generator can power steam showers with dimensions up to 400 adjusted cubic feet (ACF).
The HC-9 unit includes an industrial-grade heating element, a pressurized vessel for efficient operation, durable electronic components, a DCCP Digital Commercial Control package, and a variety of other noteworthy features.
Health clubs, hotels, sporting arenas, and commercial wellness facilities rely on the Steamist HC-9 commercial steam boiler for easy maintenance and hands-off, automated operation. The HC-9 is UL-listed and ASME-certified to ensure quality and safety. All HC units are delivered factory wired and assembled to assure that each generator is working perfectly.
The Steamist HC-9 generator is available in 208V single-phase (60901), 208V three-phase (60903), 240V single-phase (60900), 240V three-phase (60902), and 480V three-phase (60904) configurations.
The HC-9 steam generator includes the programmable DCCP Digital Commercial Control Package. This control allows facility managers to remotely control bathing duration, temperature, weekly operating schedules, and power settings. Each additional steam room requires the use of the available SRP Second Room Package.
We recommend using the addition of the available Steamist DC-ABD Digital Automatic Blowdown Valve with your Steamist HC-9 unit. The DC-ABD Blowdown Valve drains the boiler to help prevent calcification and lime build-up. The valve features a 24-hour clock that allows facility operators to pre-set generator drain times.
